A True Freedom Home Care Plan is designed to be accessible and affordable, providing you with a bank of prepaid home care hours to use when you need them most. This allows you to maintain your independence and receive quality care in the comfort of your own home, on your own terms.
We offer four distinct membership levels, each providing a block of lifetime care hours. This structure ensures you can find a plan that fits your budget and potential future needs.
Platinum Plan
10,000 lifetime membership hours (10 1,000-hour segments)
Gold Plan
6,000 lifetime membership hours (10 600-hour segments)
Silver Plan
3,000 lifetime membership hours (10 300-hour segments)
Bronze Plan
1,500 lifetime membership hours (10 150-hour segments)
True Freedom Home Care Plans provide exceptional flexibility in how you receive care. You have two convenient options for using your prepaid hours, giving you control over who provides your support and when.
Agency Hours: Use your hours with a professional caregiver from our extensive network of licensed and credentialed home care agencies. These services are available for up to five hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Anytime Hours: This option offers ultimate flexibility. You can choose a trusted friend or neighbor to provide care. Anytime Hours can be used on any day of the week, at any hour, including overnight and for 24/7 live-in support.

* This service is only available through Anytime Hours assistance. A friend or neighbor may accompany you during transport, pending prior approval from American Senior Services Inc.
Please note: A True Freedom Plan must be secured BEFORE an individual needs or is receiving any home care. Members must be fully able to live independently and perform all daily tasks (walking, dressing, bathing, toileting, meal preparation, grocery shopping, running errands, transportation) without assistance. Members should not be experiencing or already diagnosed with a progressive condition affecting their cognitive, physical or mental capabilities.
